I‘m writing at the moment a very simple CMS-System for my new personal website.
But honestly, its still in the beginning phase and i‘m also a beginner in grails :-)
Architecture description
It should be a simple system, which can handles a standard 2–3 column layout with maximum of 2 flexible navigations.
It should be also provide later a special plugin-system, in which e.g. a newsboard, votingsystem and something else can be integrated into the system.
An login-based Backend, that controls the layout of the cms-system and the different plugins should be also supported.
Internationalisation for a website is also one of the requirements for this one.
